This suburb of just under 50,000 people, is located 22 miles west of Chicago. Convenience to Chicago via rail and major expressways makes it prime location to live, work and do business. Downers Grove has an excellent downtown, filled with one-of-a-kind shops and classy restaurants. The Tivoli Theater in Downers Grove has been around for over a century! It’s one of the rare theaters that you’ll find with a large single screen. Although this is one of the more expensive places to live in Illinois, the residents consider the friendly atmosphere and nice amenities well worth the price.
